Yes, making real food takes time, but it’s the processed food that makes us sick. (And is unrecognizable as food as you mentioned) One of the best gifts you can give your daughters is to include them in weekly food prep. You can get their input on recipes to try and make them together. My 3 year old granddaughter likes to spin salad, pick parsley leaves and dump and stir in ingredients when we cook together. You are giving them a lot already, just seeing them as “whole” children.
Wow! Katie, this is one dynamite article. One thing that comes across so clearly is that you really can't trust any of these government agencies or the pharmaceutical corporations that supposedly were the ones conducting the vaccine research and development as well as the trials. Recently, RFK, Jr. did a podcast with Sasha Latypova, a former pharmaceutical R&D executive who discovered that there had been a major fraud. We were led to believe that all the proper protocols were followed, and the best practices were in operation in the development of the vaccines by Pfizer and Moderna, but she found out that that was not the case. The pharmaceutical companies didn't actually manufacture the vaccines. The Department of Defense was actually responsible, and they paid Pfizer and Moderna to put their names on it. The DOD purchased the product from Pfizer Moderna under an emergency authorization called OTA, Other Transaction Authority, which "was essentially designed to allow the Pentagon to quickly buy weapons and weapons systems without paying attention to any existing regulatory authorities." So this is a pentagon/Defense Department "demonstration" product manufactured and distributed by DOD which the pharmaceuticals were brought in to put their names on and then to pretend to do clinical trials. I add this in to show just how very little we, as parents, know about what is being forced/mandated on ourselves and our children. That's why it's so critical to think for oneself and do one's own research before complying with any directive from any government agency. My sons were in their mid/late 40s when this all went down and I was very suspicious about this so-called pandemic. I investigated it to the extent that I could but was not convinced, so I begged them not to get the vaccines, even if they lost their jobs, which one of them did, and the other one was able to receive an exemption. I have no regrets about any of this, and both sons are very grateful that they never succumbed to the pressure, especially considering the revelations of all the adverse effects. I encourage parents to trust their instincts.

I read somewhere that anyone who doesn't understand the current caution hasn't worked with kids in the last 20 years in daycare, schools, etc. Even just the rise in allergies alone causes so many issues. We have tried to have dinners with cousins and it is a combo of gluten free, dairy -free, grain free, nut free, and egg free. I think 20 years from now doctors that are not like Dr. McCollough will find themselves on the wrong side of history as everyone searches out FM doctors. I have personally already spoken to two FM doctors in my area.
Even if there is no physical damage to the child, bleeding out of either end of your body would surely be psychologically damaging beyond measure? It was the first child AE I found in the Australian AE database and made me sick to my stomach.
