Well done, Katie. This is very timely for me in more ways than one, lol. I like the "potty" metaphor.

It really works for me. Sometimes you just have to get "raw" about it to wake us up to get the message. I so appreciate the unique, creative and graphic ways you devise to get us to evolve into that best version of ourselves. I'm at a pretty critical place at the moment, so it's important that I decide how to go forward so I don't get bogged down in that toxic crap. So thanks a lot for this.

This is so right on, Katie. Thank you. I know I'm not alone in saying that this month has started to be just what you described. The astrologers aren't a bit surprised. It's such a bizarre feeling to experience waves of sadness and melancholy that literally seem to come out of the blue. Today, I sobbed "for no apparent reason," but pretty sure I know what that old stubborn reason is. Sitting with it, sipping Yarrow tea, trying to gain some insight. This, too, shall pass, hopefully with a dose of self-love. 🩷

It’s such (thankfully) a rare feeling for me, Katie, that when it comes out of the blue like that I know to pay attention. 🩵
